I help teams and organisations improving the way they build and operate software, currently as Site Reliability Engineer.
As a professional I may have spare time for interesting collaborations, such as building software, delivering workshops, talks and trainings in technical fields. I worked at scale, starting from a dot-com culture, but also across legacy industries like telcos, utilities, broadcasting, banking and more. I mainly write software and coach teams to improve in Extreme Programming, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering and more in general with Lean thinking and Agile Software Development methods.
I started my work life as an independent freelance, then I ran my own company (a web agency) lately sold, thus I had a little adventure in a broadcasting radio and a non-hierarchical company. Formerly Software Engineer at eBay, I’m a programmer passionate by Economics.
During those years I spent my time coding mainly large scale backend software for web, open-source models, data engineering and Linux systems. Beside that I’m a Lego Serious Play facilitator.
